In addition, this property is positioned to take in a lot of natural resources such as sunlight and heat throughout the day and therefore the main living areas are positioned to maximise their exposure to the sun while complying with Meath County Councils Rural House Design Guide. As natural light was a driving concept, the free flowing and open plan arrangement of the internal spaces enabled the design team to meet the project objectives where light floods the living spaces
